Noticing changes in your body - even though your routine hasn't changed? You're not alone. Many women experience shifts in strength and tone as life changes. It's not about doing more; it's about doing what's right for your body now!
Your body isn’t bouncing back the way it used to. You feel softer in places that used to feel firm. You don't feel as connected or strong.
Back then, you had more time, more energy, and a bit more space to put yourself first.
Now? You’re balancing work, family, mental load, and a calendar that never lets up.
You’re moving less, even though your running around everywhere
Stress is higher, sleep is lighter, and recovery takes longer
And the workouts that used to work? They just don’t hit the same
In your 30s and 40s, your body starts to respond differently to stress, hormones, and movement.
So yes, your body is changing - but that doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. It means your approach needs to evolve.
EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training is designed for this chapter of life. When time is tight, stress is high, and you need a workout that works with your body, not against it.
It’s not intense. It’s not time-consuming. It’s not just another workout.
It’s a smarter way to rebuild strength, tone, and energy - starting with just 20 minutes.
This isn’t just about saving time.
It’s about what happens
in those 20 minutes - and how you feel after.
EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training reconnects you to muscles that have been quiet for years - especially in your core, glutes, and stabilising muscles.
It’s hard to explain…but once you feel it, you
get it.
Your muscles switch on in ways they haven’t in a long time.
Your posture lifts without thinking.
You feel energised when you leave
And there’s this subtle, powerful confidence that shows up again in your body
Each session is fully guided, tailored to you, and built around science-backed muscle activation -
not punishment, sweat, or noise.
And yes...it only takes 20 minutes.
But it’s what happens inside those 20 minutes
that changes everything.
It stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation - a safe, science-backed technology that sends gentle electrical impulses to your muscles, helping them contract more deeply than they would in a regular workout. It feels like a strong, focused muscle contraction, and it’s surprisingly addictive once you try it.
We’ve created this Foundation Pack to give you a full, guided experience of EMS - and help you reconnect with your strength in just 2 short weeks.

EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training is an advanced fitness method that uses electrical impulses to stimulate your muscles, mimicking the natural action of the central nervous system during physical exercise. This technology triggers involuntary muscle contractions that are significantly more intense and effective than what is typically achieved through voluntary muscle contractions during conventional workouts.
Here’s how it works: during traditional exercise, your brain sends electrical signals through your nervous system to stimulate muscle fibers, causing them to contract and produce movement. EMS training enhances this process by applying external electrical impulses directly to your muscles via electrodes. This stimulates the deep muscle layers that are often hard to activate with regular training, leading to a more comprehensive and effective workout.
With EMS, up to 90% of your muscle fibers are activated simultaneously, compared to 20-40% in traditional exercise, ensuring a full-body workout in a fraction of the time. The intensity of the contractions allows for greater muscle recruitment, promoting both muscle strength and endurance, even in shorter sessions. In just 20 minutes, EMS delivers the equivalent of a 90-120minute traditional workout.
EMS technology has been widely used in physical rehabilitation, elite sports training, and by professional athletes to enhance performance and recovery. The electrical impulses in EMS are carefully controlled to ensure safety and effectiveness, and our certified trainers at Exolt tailor each session to your fitness level and goals. The low-impact nature of EMS makes it ideal for individuals with joint issues, past injuries, or those seeking an efficient workout with minimal stress on the body.
Whether you’re aiming to build muscle, improve posture, recover from injury, or boost endurance, EMS provides a scientifically-backed, time-efficient, and low-impact solution. It’s a modern, highly efficient way to achieve results without the wear and tear of traditional high-impact exercises.
Yes, EMS is completely safe when performed by trained professionals. Our certified trainers carefully control the intensity of the electrical impulses, making sure the session is comfortable and tailored to your needs. EMS has been used for over 50 years in rehabilitation, sports training, and more recently, in a broader fitness context. It’s a low-impact, safe solution for building strength and endurance, even for those who have joint concerns or past injuries.
As we age, it becomes harder to maintain muscle tone and overall fitness, even with regular exercise. EMS training gives you an edge by targeting deep muscle fibers that are often hard to engage with traditional workouts. This helps you overcome plateaus, improves muscle tone, and increases strength more efficiently. Plus, because EMS is low-impact, it complements your current routine without putting extra stress on your body.
EMS is not a fad—it’s grounded in science and has been used for decades in rehabilitation, elite sports, and fitness. Professional athletes and physiotherapists have long trusted EMS to strengthen muscles, improve endurance, and aid recovery. At Exolt, we combine this cutting-edge technology with personalised coaching to ensure your workouts are effective and safe. You'll feel the difference after just one week.
While EMS primarily focuses on building muscle strength and tone, it also helps to increase your metabolism, which can contribute to fat loss over time. Combined with a healthy diet and consistent training, EMS can be part of an effective strategy for overall body composition improvement. Additionally, at Exolt, we offer nutrition guidance to support your goals, whether they’re related to strength, endurance, or weight loss.
We get it—long-term commitments can be daunting. During the first 2 weeks, you’ll experience the benefits of EMS first-hand and see how it fits into your lifestyle. If you decide to continue, we offer flexible membership options without lock-ins, so you can commit on your own terms. We’re confident that once you see the results, you’ll love continuing your journey with us.
We want to work with people that we know we can support and get results for. If you start a foundation pack and at session 1 we discover that EMS is not the right fit for you then we will refund you the full foundation pack fee!
We require payment to make any bookings. Our trainers have to do a lot of preparation to set the system up for first time visitors and there is nothing more disheartening than setting it all up for someone to not show up and get to experience what we prepared. So to avoid heartbreak we require payment upfront (but don't worry, as per the 'what if ems isn't for me' question - if we aren't the right fit.. you will get a full refund.
